Meaningful Projects

Projects made from meaning, to give meaning.

The IPS Project is an educational platform on life founded by Jellis Vaes after he lived for more than 6 years with depression and suicidal thoughts. Learn through practical articles, podcast episodes with psychologists, neuroscientists, and experts of various backgrounds, online courses, workshops, and events, about life topics such as mental health, relationships, the workings of the mind, etc.—topics we learn little to nothing about growing up.

The Heart Warrior Project was founded by Jellis Vaes, who has lived his whole life with arrhythmogenic cardiomyopathy (ACM), a life-threatening heart disease, and survived a cardiac arrest at the age of 28. It provides inspiration and support from cardiac arrest survivors through a podcast, interviews with cardiologists and other cardiac health experts, and articles to help you manage this rollercoaster ride and improve your quality of life after surviving a cardiac arrest.
